BASIC DRAWING
Learn to draw with an emphasis on expressive line, structure, proportion, positive and negative space and perspective, plus one, two and three point perspective, shading to show volume, rendering heads and hands, and drawing on the right side of the brain. PASTELS
Fabulous color, rich luminosity and beautiful renderings are all features of working with pastels. Learn how to layer your colors, use warm and cool colors, and light and shadow to create depth and interest. Individualized instruction is given -- beginners as well as experienced students are welcome! Work from a still life or your own photo reference. Supply list available at registration. (6 weeks)
